Job Description

Technical Trainer

MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years' experience as a Technical Trainer skilled in training development and curriculum planning
• Experience developing eLearning modules using development software/technologies such as:
• Adobe Presenter
• Articulate
• Storyline
• Adobe Captivate, etc
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and theories and instructional design models
• Working knowledge of at least one LMS
• Experience developing storyboards
• Experience with visual design software such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
• Experience writing effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts

NICE TO HAVE:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or certification in instructional design, educational technology or similar subject area
• Experience with SharePoint LMS

Qualifications

Local candidate will be preferred first.
