Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and patient safety standards.
- Active RN or LPN License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
