MUST be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance and Background Clearance. The role's primary function will be to work with the software development team to support and enhance existing software applications written in ColdFusion, Java and .Net using SQL Server and Oracle databases in the backend. The role needs a person who can lead small development team and take initiative on getting the tasks done. ResponsibilitiesThis position requires excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to interface effectively with key stakeholders.Ability to work with non-technical customers and create software solutions based on their requirements.Ability to work with subject-matter experts, analyze existing solutions, databases and reports and make or suggest improvements, as needed.Ability to work productively without being micromanaged.Ability to work with a team of software engineers, test automation engineers, designers, and product owners to bring our teams conceptual solutions to life in a mature Agile/Azure DevOps environmentUpdate developer technical reference documentation and project WIKIsWork on multiple projects simultaneously, enhance and promote best-practices, and mentor other team membersCapable of leading projects and teamsExperience working in an agile environment with SCRUM or Kanban (Preferred) Basic Qualifications10+ years of experience developing web applications using ColdFusion and .Net 5 years of front-end development experience with JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, CSS and XHTML, preferably HTML5/CSS35 Experience with multiple back-end languages (CFML, ASP, JSP, Java) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular.js, React, Node.js, Blazor)5 years of experience with RestAPI end-points5 years of experience with database engineering, and manipulating relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle5 years of experience with jQuery and at least one additional modern JavaScript SPA framework, such as React (Preferred), Vue , Angular, or Blazor (plus)3 years of experience with Windows ecosystem infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, Load-Balancing, Windows server maintenance as related to .NET 3 years of experience debugging web pages (layout, JavaScript, AJAX) using browser developer tools3 years of experience with web development using Microsoft tools to include Visual Studio, VS Code, Azure Data Studio, and SQL Server Management Studio3 years of experience developing and maintaining existing ColdFusion applications and components using the ColdFusion programming language. 3 years of experience developing and maintaining existing .Net applications and components using the C#, ASP.NET, .Net Core programming languages. 3 years of experience debugging and testing custom applications for various clients, work on requirements for bug fixes and enhancements. 3 years of experience designing and developing web applications with a strong understanding of ColdFusion frameworks, Java Script, SQL and Oracle databases. 3 years of experience with database design fundamentals, including table design and normalization, query writing using TSQL/PLSQL and query optimization3 years of experience with SSRS, SSIS, and other ETL tools is desired3 years of experience with Azure DevOPS management and operations (prefer On-Prem) to include Build and Release pipelinesMaster's degree in computer science or a related field and at least 13 years of applicable experience, or a Bachelor's Degree and 11 years of experienceUS Citizen with ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance and pass a comprehensive Background Clearance. Preferred QualificationsSCRUM Master certification or other relevant certificationsKnowledge of developing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions.Knowledge of Dependency Injection and Inversion of ControlExperience with Test Driven Development (TDD)Experience with .Net Core or above Ability to develop in Visual Studio with Azure DevOPSA solid understanding of the principles of GIT Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server Experience working with Entity Framework CoreAbility to create attractive, highly user-friendly, reactive user interfaces using Bootstrap 5 and/or Material UI Knowledge of Node Package Manager (NPM) and WebPack Understanding of LESS or SASS Ability to analyze application requirements Understanding of Web Accessibility and be able to demonstrate work that conforms to accessibility guidelines Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize IIS installations/applicationsKnowledge of emerging web technologiesKnowledge of cloud, containerized application development using Docker and/or PodmanAbility to work in a team in an agile work environmentAbility to do user interface design Ability to conduct requirements analysis   Evolver is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes all job seekers.
