Our teams of digital nomads work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and many other locations. We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Customer Experience division.

Your Main Tasks Will Be:

• Find growth opportunities
• Identify product bottlenecks and growth points using data, research, and common sense.
• Turn ideas into hypotheses
• Formulate clear, testable hypotheses and define what success looks like.
• Drive execution
• Work with engineers, designers, and analysts to bring ideas into production, fast and efficiently.
• Own delivery
• Manage requirements, priorities, and timelines to ensure smooth and predictable delivery.
• Analyze experiment results and product metrics to understand what worked and what didn't.
• Use insights to iterate, optimize, and scale successful solutions.

We Expect From You:

• You know how to formulate hypotheses and define requirements
• You can drive delivery
• You know how to validate results and run experiments
• You're comfortable with product research (qualitative & quantitative)
• You can work cross-functionally with designers, analysts, and engineers
• You understand product metrics and how to find growth opportunities

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
