Import/Export & Logistics Coordinator

What is the Job: Review and process shipment-related documentation Enter and maintain accurate information within internal systems Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and business partners regarding shipment activity Monitor transactions and assist in resolving documentation discrepancies Support compliance and regulatory documentation requirements Maintain organized records and files related to shipment processing Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues Assist with daily operational activities in a fast-paced environment Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations What is Needed: High School Diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn (Preferred) Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, import/export operations, supply chain, customer service, or administrative support Experience working with shipping documents, records, or data entry Familiarity with compliance-related processes or documentation Knowledge of international trade or transportation operations is a plus What's in it for Me: Competitive compensation Bonus and incentive opportunities Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Career growth and advancement opportunities Comprehensive training and development programs Start your career in logistics and international trade with a company that invests in your success.
