Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems accurately and efficiently. Perform maintenance, inspections, warranty repairs, and major mechanical repairs according to manufacturer specifications. Produce quality repairs while maintaining strong productivity and efficiency. Complete repair orders accurately with detailed documentation. Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair recommendations and vehicle status. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Participate in manufacturer, ASE, and in-house training to stay current with today's vehicle technology. Assist and mentor apprentice technicians when appropriate. Requirements Experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or professional repair facility. Experienced flat-rate technicians strongly encouraged to apply. Documented history of high production and quality workmanship preferred. Factory certifications and/or ASE certifications preferred. Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
