RN Assistant Director of Nursing

Touchstone Communities is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will assist the DON with daily operations, coordinate resident care plans, supervise and mentor LVNs and CNAs, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. You will collaborate with physicians and families to deliver compassionate, individualized long-term and senior care. As a key member of our family-oriented team, you’ll help drive quality improvement, staff education, and safe clinical practices while supporting a culture of respect, teamwork, and service excellence.
