Direct Support Professional

Position Overview As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide one‑on‑one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. This is a part‑time role with flexible scheduling, ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and eager to help others live more independently. Job Type: Part‑time Pay: $16.00 per hour Location: Silver Spring, MD Schedule: Varies by client; evening and weekend options available Typical schedules range from 10–25 hours per week, depending on client needs and your availability.
