This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

• Average Yearly Gross $85,000.00 Per Year

• CPM $0.59 - $0.63 Per Mile

• Doubles Load $25.00 Per Load

• Drop/Hook Pay $18.00 Per Stop

• Holiday Pay $200.00 Per Day

• New Hire Training $225.00 Per Day

• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour

• Stop Pay $38.00 Per Stop
