Craft 31 is looking for an experienced, confident bartender who knows how to create great drinks, connect with guests, and turn first-time visitors into regulars. Craft 31 is a locally owned and operated Williamsburg favorite known for gourmet burgers, wood-fired pizzas, a fresh raw bar, and 31 taps of craft beer. Our bar stays busy, our guests come back often, and the right bartender can make a name for themselves.

What You'll Do

• Create a welcoming, energetic bar experience that guests remember
• Make quality cocktails with speed, consistency, and attention to detail
• Get to know your guests and turn them into regulars
• Build and grow your own clientele and guest following
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, beer, food, and specials
• Serve bar guests and bar tables with confidence and professionalism
• Keep your bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for business
• Manage multiple drink and food orders while maintaining excellent service
• Work closely with servers, barbacks, and the kitchen to keep service running smoothly
• Follow responsible alcohol-service and safety standards

• Has proven bartending experience and knows how to work a busy bar
• Is personable, confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking with guests
