Business Development Manager

Collaborate with internal teams to create solutions that support customer success and business objectives. Lead meetings, negotiations, and follow-up activities throughout the sales and partnership process. Track pipeline activity, forecast opportunities, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies. Support account planning, relationship management, and cross-functional initiatives that contribute to revenue growth. What We Are Looking For Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related client-facing role. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and move prospects through the sales cycle. Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market insights to support decision-making. Proficiency with CRM tools and standard business software. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
