Order Fulfillment Associate Full Time

Job Summary Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The role also involves working within all digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. Responsibilities Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list. Utilize a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise. Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area. Communicate problems with inventory, equipment, and expired or short‑dated items, and coordinate replenishment with the club team. Maintain all orders in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and individual performance metrics. Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards with adherence to SOP for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club. Securely package orders according to standard operating procedures and keep the SFC area neat, clean, and organized. Perform general housekeeping duties such as removing trash and cardboard, handling damaged goods, and processing returns. Adhere to club policies, procedures, dress code standards and safety requirements. Maintain regular, predictable full attendance. Qualifications Previous order pulling experience preferred. Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred. Previous RF scanner experience preferred. Job Conditions Most of the time is spent moving continuously on hard surfaces. The job requires frequent bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping. Continuously lifting objects up to 30 pounds, with occasional need to lift heavier items with assistance. Work is performed in a comfortable environment amid moving machinery and loud equipment, with occasional exposure to temperature extremes, refrigerated orders, and Company‑approved cleaning agents. Pay Hourly range: $16.75 - $20.10. Pay includes weekly pay and is adjusted based on location, education, experience, and qualifications per pay‑transparency requirements.
