Custodian/Facilities Specialist

Jr. Evening Cleaner - 20 Hours Per WeekES3 is currently recruiting an individual to join our team of Custodial Facilities Specialists (CFS) to maintain cleanliness in our Engineering offices and Manufacturing facilities. The qualified candidate will be responsible for ensuring all offices, conference rooms, bathrooms, production, and common areas remain tidy and clean. CFS team members will also ensure all hygiene materials are adequately stocked for all staff within the two facilities and be mindful of their role to assist in creating and maintaining a healthy and comfortable work environment where all workers can thrive and meet their personal and collective project goals. ES3 rewards staff members who are responsible, professional, and have an excellent work ethic.Experience Required:Experience in cleaning professional environments, warehouses or production environmentsMust be able to communicate effectivelyAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and team membersAbility to stand, crouch, walk for entire shiftAbility to lift 50 poundsValid Driver's License and reliable transportationBe self-motivated and keep busyHave an eye for detailKey Capabilities:Excellent knowledge of cleaning products and cleaning toolsAbility to work with little and or direct supervisionExcellent communication skills and handle all situations with professionalismBasic technology skills (Email, Internet, Texting)Ability to multitask and pivot to meet shifting prioritiesAbility to handle minor complaints, suggestions, and feedback from staffDuties/Responsibilities:Mopping and vacuuming floorsCleaning offices spaces (light dusting, disinfecting, window touch ups)Cleaning break room/kitchen areasEmptying trash cans or recycling binsCleaning spills and disinfecting high traffic areasCleaning and stocking bathroomsTouchup of walls, windows, and other surfacesDusting buildingLifting and stocking cleaning supplies in storage areasRe-racking weights and sanitizing gym/wellness equipmentAssisting in event clean upFollow health and safety regulationsOther duties as assignedES3's Engineering Office and Manufacturing facility are an ISO9001 and AS9100D certified facilities.
