We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual for a project with a downtown law firm. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities may include:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Data entry and maintenance of company records
- File, scan, copy, and organize documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Support special projects as assigned
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Assist staff with day-to-day office operations
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
