Client Product Trainer

Insight Global is looking for a Client Product Trainer to join one of our top financial client's in the Des Moines, IA area. This individual's main responsibility will be to train new and existing financial clients (of the end client) how to use their products. They will be in charge of presenting to/training these clients virtually, and in charge of helping to create & design the presentation/training material.
• Prepare metrics to demonstrate learning materials created, completed learning meetings, track financial institutions with future learning needs and other tasks performed.
• Prepare professional and polished learning materials in accordance with SHAZAM' s brand style guidelines.
• Collaborate with learners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional team members to author course materials to support specific learning objectives.
• Actively participate in projects, (Enterprise, Conversion, New Product/Service, Learning Team designated improvements/efficiencies/opportunities). Use training knowledge and experience to provide feedback, create training material, design a training plan that best supports the project and execute training, within the scope of the Learning Team.
• Responsible for making sure financial institutions return surveys and preparing TQM reports from this data.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance at such a level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.

The hourly rate for this position ranges between $30.00-$34.00 and is dependent on years of relevant experience & knowledge.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 4+ years training experience; training layout and design
• Experience building a course & in structural design beyond a PowerPoint design layout.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills; experience training new material to internal or external stakeholders or clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Effective teaching and communication skills with non-technical personnel.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Banking Operations industry experience highly preferred.
• Articulate for structural design
• Bachelors degree
• Experience utilizing AI tools (Copilot, Chat GPT, etc.) in structural design creations
