Our client, Baxter Healthcare is seeking filling operators to join their team. As an operator, you will be part of the production team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, adaptable and able to work as a team player which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fill or Pouch Operator

Location: Marion NC

Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available

Pay Range: $19.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate pouch and filling machines
• Fill and assemble containers with product
• Maintain a steady production level and achieve goals
• Ensure labeling and fill accuracy to uphold quality standards
• Print labeling and apply to flexible containers

What's Needed?

• HSD/GED preferred
• Ability to read and understand English
• 1 year experience in manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift 15 lbs frequently
• Ability to understand written and safety qualifications, as well as review color differences
