You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through menu selection, logistics, and service details. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of event catering, including client consultations, menu planning, and proposal generation. Coordinate with kitchen staff, service teams, and suppliers to ensure flawless event execution. Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and staffing schedules. Oversee on-site event management, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth service delivery. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong client relationships. Manage event budgets and ensure profitability for each catered function. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning, catering management, or a related hospitality role. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, event logistics, and menu development. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a knack for client relationship management. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
