The Coffee Class is seeking a highly motivated Associate Café Manager to join our leadership team. This is a hands on role designed for leaders who are passionate about coffee, food, and developing high performing teams. As an ACM, you are responsible for leading both Front of House and Back of House operations while upholding our standards for quality, energy, and service. What You’ll Do Lead daily café operations across bar, kitchen, and floor Set the tone for guest experience through 100% greeting compliance and strong lobby presence Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, and accountability Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality control standards Execute and oversee opening, closing, and peak service shifts Maintain strong knowledge of all menu items, recipes, and systems Lead by example in upselling, guest engagement, and hospitality Utilize systems such as Toast, Asana, and guest feedback platforms to manage operations What We’re Looking For High energy, positive leadership presence on every shift Strong communication and team development skills Ability to manage operations at a high level Commitment to quality, consistency, and operational excellence Proven ability to coach and hold a team accountable Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences If you’re ready to grow as a leader, take ownership of your development, and be part of a team that pushes for excellence every day, this role is for you.
