Role Description The Visual Merchandising Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is responsible for executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards across the sales floor, including product placement, signage, and seasonal displays aligned with brand guidelines. The Team Lead will plan and implement floor sets, collaborate with store leadership to support promotional events, and ensure that all displays are safe, functional, and visually compelling. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding and coaching team members on visual standards, partnering with sales associates to optimize product storytelling and customer experience, and monitoring inventory presentation to support sales goals. The role also involves responding to customer feedback about store appearance and working closely with management to continuously improve the overall look and feel of the store. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with customers and collaborate with team members. Candidates should possess skills in Retail Sales and Sales to support merchandising decisions that drive store performance. Candidates should possess Customer Experience skills to ensure that visual presentations enhance comfort, inspiration, and ease of shopping. Experience in visual merchandising, interior styling, or retail display design is highly beneficial. Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate store teams in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Comfort with manual tasks such as lifting, moving fixtures, and setting up displays in accordance with safety standards.
