The role is to think quickly and do whatever it takes to be the most successful person you can be. The primary responsibility involves driving the end-to-end recruiting process for open positions in the assigned client group(s). Activities include: Developing a recruitment strategy for active and passive candidates Facilitating the interview process and assessment Providing recommendations to the hiring manager on selection of finalist candidates Conducting reference-checking Negotiating and extending job offers Following-up to ensure appropriate onboarding procedures Compensation : This is a commission based position.
