About Us: At Harmony House Cares , we provide compassionate, in-home support to seniors and adults with developmental disabilities. Our team of Harmony Helpers is dedicated to helping our clients live with dignity, independence, and joy — right in the comfort of their own homes.

We’re currently seeking PRN Caregivers to join our growing team and help fill open shifts on an as-needed basis. Whether you’re looking to supplement your income, build experience, or work with more flexibility, this role is for you!

Job Description:

As a PRN Caregiver, you'll step in to support clients when our regular staff are unavailable. You’ll provide essential care and companionship, ensuring clients feel safe, supported, and valued.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

• Meal preparation and feeding assistance

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and emotional support

• Observing and reporting any changes in client condition

• Maintaining accurate care documentation

⏰ Schedule:

• This is a PRN / On-Call position

• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Great for those who want to pick up occasional shifts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a caregiver, DSP, STNA, or CNA preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Negative TB test (within 12 months)

• Clean background check

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude

Pay:

$14 – $18 per hour , based on experience and shift type
