About this Role A Workday Deployment Analyst actively participates in every phase of a Workday deployment, from initial project planning through to production support. The role encompasses responsibilities as an Analyst & Solution Designer, Implementer, Tester, and Trainer. Analysts will acquire comprehensive Workday skills across configuration, security, business processes, testing, and reporting, while also developing consulting skills such as presentation, communication, and relationship management. Functional Areas of Expertise Human Capital Management (HCM) – Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent optimization, and Learning Financials – Financial accounting, Customer and Supplier accounts, Billing, Billing and Settlement, Procurement Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking (PATT) Integrations – Extend and Built on Workday Duties and Responsibilities Analyze complex problems and utilize the Workday ecosystem to provide solutions. Optimize and configure the Workday system to meet client objectives. Design and implement enterprise‑scale Workday solutions. Collaborate closely with client business teams and internal stakeholders. Drive the scope, definition, and delivery of Workday solutions. Maintain an active role throughout all phases of a Workday deployment.
