Specialty Care Patient Engagement Enablement Team Lead

Pfizer seeks a Team Lead for Specialty Care Patient Engagement Enablement to oversee strategy execution, team development, and operational capabilities across patient support programs. This role bridges patient needs with enablement strategy, leveraging GTM excellence, digital innovation, and data analytics to enhance patient engagement across multiple therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Patient Engagement Enablement Team, ensuring talent planning and performance management
Oversee GTM Excellence strategy and execution, including resource development and program governance across lifecycle stages
Partner on digital capabilities and AI strategy roadmaps, ensuring adoption and optimization of field-facing tools
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting aligned with Patient Engagement program objectives
Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and patient-centric operations

Requirements

Leadership experience managing cross-functional enablement or strategy teams
Demonstrated capability in GTM excellence, go-to-market planning, or field operations
Strong data analytics and metrics-driven decision-making skills
Experience with digital platform oversight and technology adoption
Knowledge of patient engagement, healthcare, or specialty care environments
Change management and stakeholder communication expertise
Track record of building high-performing teams and developing talent
