Our mission is to ensure technology acts as the invisible hand supporting pediatric pharmacists, parents, and patients.The Opportunity: Build the Future of our platform, RxJrWe are looking for a Visionary Builder – someone who can own the vision for an AI-enhanced health platform in the morning and push the APEX or Omniscript code to make it real by the afternoon. This role is for a leader who thrives in a high-velocity startup environment. You will own the RxJr platform, leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud as the foundation and AI optimization as the differentiator. You will work lockstep with our Product Team and Executives to turn our ambitious vision into a shipped reality, fast. We thrive with vision, speed, & execution.Key ResponsibilitiesVisionary Architecture & AI StrategyThe North Star: Partner with leadership to define the "AI-First" roadmap for RxJr.Decide how we use generative AI and predictive modeling to automate triage, enhance provider workflows, and revolutionize pediatric care coordination.System of Intelligence: Move beyond a "System of Record" by architecting the integration of LLMs within the Salesforce ecosystem to create a platform that thinks with our providers."Day 1" Hands-On Coding.Builder First: On Day 1, you must be ready to write code, configure flows, and debug integrations. Act as lead engineer as the team scales.Deep Salesforce Development: Personally handle complex APEX, Omniscript, LWC, and API integrations, ensuring core functionality is robust before delegating.Startup Speed & Iteration: Rapid prototyping, shipping MVPs, gathering feedback, and iterating immediately.Testing Culture: Implement a rigorous but fast automated testing framework while maintaining the user experience.Velocity: Prioritize shipping value over bureaucracy.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.7+ years of deep Salesforce development and strong familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud Authority.Experience or significant personal projects involving the integration of AI/LLMs into business workflows.Proficiency in Omniscript, APEX, LWC, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs is required.Hands-on leadership experience.Product mindset: translate "improve patient outcomes" into specific technical deliverables.Based within the US and able to work in Eastern Standard Time zone.Experience working in a start-up environment, preferred.Open to U.S. citizens who are legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.What We ProvideCompetitive base salary.Medical, Dental, Vision, and other ancillary benefits.100% remote work environment with semi-flexible schedules.Unlimited PTO days and 8 paid holidays.About Perfecting PedsPerfecting Peds is long-term comprehensive medication management, as an analytically driven and interoperable virtual professional service for health plans' high-risk and high-cost pediatrics.
