We’re looking for a high-performing Loan Officer who is ready to step into leadership—without giving up production.

This is not a traditional management role. You won’t be buried in operations, fixing problems, or managing day-to-day workflows. Instead, this role is designed for a proven producer who wants to scale their impact by mentoring a team while staying focused on what they do best: originating and driving business.

Your Focus

\n

• Continue producing at a high level

\n

• Lead from the front through production and example

\n

• Provide mentorship and group coaching (a few hours per week)

• Help recruit and develop talent on the sales side

What we’re looking for in a leader:

\n

Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include Principal lending management roles. Less experience may be considered given past achievements.

\n

You must have extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners to be considered for this position.

\n

Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies.

\n

Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.

\n

Knowledgeable of, and committed to, QC compliance.

\n

Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/ division.

\n

Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

\n

Leadership skills evolving from a passion for sales accomplishment, team development, training, and practice growth.

\n

Familiarity with Accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, General Ledgers, etc.)

\n
