We're looking for a Truck Tire Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair truck tires for commercial vehicles. This role is completely in-shop work. Additional duties include retreading tires, buffing and cementing tires.

- Inspect, install, balance, rotate, and repair truck tires.
- Diagnose tire issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
- Use tire equipment such as mounting/demounting machines, balancers, and air tools.
- Operate curing chambers, presses and related tread equipment
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Check wheels and rims for wear or damage and perform repairs.
- Help manage tire inventory and supplies.
- Communicate clearly with customers about service needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in truck tire service is a requirement!
- Valid driver's license
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs and handle physical work.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tire tools/equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
- Frequent standing, bending, walking, and lifting.
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and hand tools.
