Assistant Property Manager

Peak is looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Eastgrove, which is 650+ units, located in Dallas, Texas. Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. Previous Property Manager experience for a small property a plus! Why come work for us? Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
