Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Job

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification

• Experience with invasive and non-invasive ventilatory equipment.
• Experience performing 12-Lead EKG and basic arrhythmia recognition.
• Experience with pulmonary function studies, including NIF and VC.
• Experience assisting with respiratory-related procedures, including bronchoscopy, percutaneous tracheostomy, and chest tube placement.
• Experience with tracheostomy care, including insertion and removal of tracheostomy tubes.
• Experience performing arterial puncture.
• Experience with mechanical ventilation setup, self-test, monitoring, and maintenance.
• ACLS certification.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 4x12 shifts.
