We are looking for a candidate to lead outbound calling efforts and support a high-quality customer experience. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can guide daily call center activity, help schedule appointments for free estimates, and maintain strong service standards. The role combines team oversight with hands-on customer outreach, including sales-focused and out-of-state calling.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day call center operations and provide direction to staff handling customer outreach.

• Lead outbound calling campaigns designed to arrange appointments for free estimates and generate interest in services.

• Support sales-oriented conversations with prospective customers while maintaining a thorough and helpful approach.

• Monitor call activity, coach team members, and reinforce service expectations to improve performance.

• Manage outreach to customers across state lines and ensure communication remains organized and effective.

• Maintain accurate paper-based records for calls, appointments, and related customer information.

• Assist with scheduling, workflow coordination, and resolution of customer service concerns as they arise.

• Previous experience supervising employees in a call center, customer service, or high-volume outreach environment.

• Strong background in customer service with the ability to handle sales-related conversations professionally.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience guiding performance and supporting team success.

• Confidence making outbound calls and helping convert customer interest into scheduled appointments.

• Ability to stay organized while working with paper-based documentation and manual tracking processes.

• Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of customers.

• Reliable availability for a Monday through Friday schedule; part-time candidates may also be considered.
