If you've spent 5+ years building strong accounting skills, managing multiple clients, working in QuickBooks Online, and becoming the person others rely on when things get complicated, this could be the next step you've been looking for.

• You have 5+ years of accounting experience.
• You enjoy working with people as much as you enjoy working with numbers.
• You can spot when something doesn't look right and take initiative to fix it.
• You're comfortable managing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines.
• You enjoy working directly with clients and explaining accounting concepts clearly.
• You have strong QuickBooks Online and Excel experience.
• You've reviewed or mentored other team members and enjoy helping others grow.
• You like finding better ways to do things instead of saying, “That's how we've always done it.”
• You're ready for a role where your experience can have a bigger impact.

 

What You'll Do

 

You'll manage a portfolio of clients and take ownership of their accounting needs. You'll work through complex reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end close, financial reporting, and accounting issues while serving as a trusted resource for your clients.

 

This isn't just a “keep the books” role. We're looking for someone who wants to understand the business behind the numbers, build relationships, solve problems, and have a voice in how we do things.

 

We don't expect you to check every box. We're interested in your experience, how you think, and what you're looking for in your next chapter.
