As the Registrar, you'll serve as the operational hub for the training enterprise-ensuring that schedules, student records, deliverables, and administrative workflows run smoothly and errorfree. You'll manage the systems, data, and processes that keep instructors focused on teaching and program leadership focused on strategic decisions. You'll work closely with the training team to maintain accuracy across SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft 365, and secure government platforms, ensuring training documentation is always current, compliant, and accessible.

Your attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive information will make you the goto specialist for training administration, data integrity, and stakeholder coordination. You'll interface directly with government partners on administrative matters, ensuring alignment with security processes, reporting standards, and mission timelines.

You Have:

• Experience managing administrative workflows, training records, schedules, or program support activities

• Experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 for document management, collaboration, and workflow accuracy

• Ability to maintain highly accurate data, track deliverables, and manage training documentation across multiple systems

• Ability to communicate professionally with government personnel regarding administrative requirements, processes, and timelines

• Ability to support securityaligned processes and ensure proper handling of sensitive or classified information

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain consistency in a dynamic training environment

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in administration, training support, or operations, or 7+ years of experience in administration, training support, or operations in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting training programs for the Space Force, Air Force, joint military units, or other government agencies

• Experience with training databases, readiness tracking systems, or student management tools

• Experience with intelligence community workflows, security procedures, or training processes

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, instructors, or program managers

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
