Flag RV Service TechnicianHowdy RV is seeking a skilled and motivated Flag RV Service Technician to join our growing team in Aransas Pass, TX. This is a Monday–Friday role with no nights, competitive flag-rate pay, and real opportunities to grow your income through bonus and commission.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, and cosmetic systemsConduct routine inspections and preventative maintenanceTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accuratelyInstall and repair RV accessories and appliancesProvide accurate labor and parts estimatesCommunicate clearly with the office team regarding repair needs and timelinesDocument all work performed and parts usedMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentStay current with evolving RV technology and systemsQualificationsProven experience as an RV Service Technician or in a comparable mechanical roleStrong working knowledge of RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systemsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsStrong problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage your bay efficientlyValid driver's license with a clean driving recordRVTI certification or formal technical training preferredCompensation & Benefits$25.00 – $35.00 per hour based on experience and certificationsBonus and commission opportunitiesEmployee discount on RV purchases, parts, and serviceMonday–Friday schedule — no nights, no weekendsThis is an in-person position at our Aransas Pass, TX location.
