Non-CDL Truck Driver

The Non‑CDL Truck Driver will operate a small truck to transport cargo to and from destinations within the immediate local area. Schedule and Pay 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday Pay: starting at $26.00 per hour Application Click HERE to complete the application process. Completion of the Tenstreet application is required to move forward in the hiring process. Duties and Responsibilities Inspect the truck pre‑ and post‑trip. Accurately complete vehicle inspection sheets, fuel consumption logs, daily log sheets, bills of lading, vehicle trip records, and expense reports. Ensure all cargo is loaded, checked and securely secured during transit. Assist with or oversee loading and unloading of cargo. Acquire all proper signatures on shipping and receiving documents. Monitor maintenance and repair of the truck. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and representing the company positively. Follow all Federal and State DOT regulations as well as warehouse safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience 1+ years recent commercial delivery‑driving experience or willingness to complete a company driving training program. Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record. Reliability, adaptability and dependability. Good hand‑eye coordination. Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills and Experience Previous experience in a high‑volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service or forward logistics operation. Strong commitment to customer service. Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lb., if necessary. Flexible early‑morning shifts. Ability to sit for extended periods.
