HR Assistant (Bilingual)

Job Description

We are in need of a bilingual HR Assistant in Newberry, SC to start with us urgently!

The HR Assistant plays a vital role within a shared administrative team, supporting human resources functions through accurate data handling and document management. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively, with an added advantage of Spanish language proficiency to assist in diverse workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry to maintain accurate HR records
Manage printing and scanning of documents
Support administrative tasks within the HR team
Answer phone calls and translate Spanish as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level or at least 1 year of administrative experience
Data management skills
Customer service experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Effective communication abilities
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
