What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Federal way, ensuring our customers have a positive and seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and addressing their inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Providing accurate information about our services and offerings.
- Handling customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support the team.
- Maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors.
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, reliable, and ready to make a difference. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work mornings or evenings.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a passion for delivering great service!
