Position Summary: To administer Physical Therapy evaluations and treatments according to the established standard of Physical Therapy, physician’s referral, and Physical Therapy plan of care.

Primary Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluates all patients by identifying the patient’s primary problems and develops a treatment plan.
• Performs and modifies or updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes.
• Documents information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement.
• Maintains schedule to attain productivity standards.
• Provides supervision to PTA, PT/PTA students and various levels of support personnel and volunteers.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy Preferred: Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy, Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy

Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: Pelvic Health experience required Preferred: 1-2 years of prior experience

License, Registry or Certification: Required: Current NJ State License in Physical Therapy

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Knowledge of established standards for Physical Therapy, ability to connect with patient and build rapport, flexibility with schedule, computer skills and Pelvic Health
