Critical Care Nursing ServicesProvide specialized critical care nursing services to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Ensure comprehensive patient monitoring and timely intervention to promote positive health outcomes.Responsibilities:Administer medications and manage drips including Cardizem, Insulin, Propofol, Versed, and Vasopressors.Monitor and operate ventilators and telemetry equipment to track patient vital signs and status.Collaborate with hospitalist or intensivist on-site to develop and implement care plans.Respond promptly to emergency situations such as STEMI and non-STEMI diagnoses.Document patient care accurately using EMR systems like Allscripts Touch Works and ClinisCharge.Maintain strict adherence to ICU protocols, including patient ratios and safety standards.Qualifications:Hold a valid RN license with current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.Demonstrate recent ICU experience with adherence to patient ratios of 2:1.Show proficiency in managing complex medical conditions such as stroke, STEMI, and non-STEMI.Possess excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Flexibility to work every other weekend and observe major holidays.Wear SCRUB COLORS of Royal Blue (RN) and Steel Gray (CNA) as per hospital policy.Benefits & Growth:Access to ongoing training and certifications to enhance critical care expertise.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced ICU environment with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.Benefits:Day 1 Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceTravel reimbursement for assignmentsPaid sick leave and additional valuable benefitsAccess to our $1,000 Inspire a Friend Referral ProgramWhy TactStaff?Choosing TactStaff means partnering with a team that understands the unique demands and rewards of ICU.
