Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health status and history, developing effective and personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients compassionately.

• Empathetic, non-judgmental attitude complemented by strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly providing therapy via telehealth.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Health Bridge offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a rewarding compensation package, we provide:
