Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists interested in making an impact in a supportive educational setting. This contract opening focuses on providing speech and language services to students across predominantly mild-to-moderate caseloads, with a primary emphasis on PreK. You’ll collaborate closely with school staff to support communication development and help students thrive academically and socially.

Ideal candidates are passionate about working onsite, available for a full-year or longer commitment, and eager to travel to various school locations if needed. Bilingual Spanish-speaking clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply, though monolingual applicants will also be considered. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome!

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow
• Active Certificate of Clearance (COC) required
• Experience with school-based services preferred
• Familiarity with SEIS documentation and California Medicaid (Paradigm) processes a plus
• Comfort with a caseload of mostly mild-moderate needs, some severe cases, and students using AAC devices
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
• Flexibility and readiness for a potentially itinerant assignment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite speech-language assessments and therapeutic interventions for PreK-12 students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Accurately document services provided and maintain compliance with district protocols
• Travel between school sites as needed, supporting a variety of student populations
