Overview A well‑established, hospital‑based orthopedic group in Monterey is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for its high‑performing surgical team. This role offers broad exposure across orthopedic subspecialties, strong physician collaboration, and a high‑quality, team‑based clinical environment within a top‑performing community hospital. Responsibilities Work the 4.5 day work week, including clinic, inpatient, and urgent care settings. No night or weekend call required. Utilize EPIC EMR system. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in joint replacement, shoulder/sports, and orthopedic spine. General orthopedic experience is also considered.
