Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field.- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Bachelors with 5 years of experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience- 5-7 years of experience in program management required- Experience working with large-scale employee placement agencies, especially within the government services or benefits space- Experience with E & T or TANF is preferred- Workforce services or experience in a similar setting required
