To meet the needs of the region and provide seamless, high-quality, comprehensive surgical care, we are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join an established outpatient Cardiothoracic Surgery team in Binghamton, NY.

This outpatient role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team of surgeons specializing in cardiac and thoracic surgery.

Position Details:

• Conduct new and established patient visits in an outpatient setting, including comprehensive evaluations and ongoing care management
• Perform patient consultations with thorough education on procedures and treatment plans
• Provide postoperative care and follow-up for surgical patients, monitoring recovery and addressing complications as needed
• Coordinate patient communication and triage inquiries in collaboration with clinical and administrative team members

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of PA experience preferred
• Prior experience in a surgical setting preferred
• Active New York State PA license required
• DEA registration and board certification required

Location: Binghamton, NY is located approximately 2.5 hours north of New York City and 1 hour from Syracuse, NY. The position includes a competitive starting salary of $136,000 to $152,000, with bonus incentives, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
