Ascension - 1670 Saint Vincents Way - Responsibilities: Coordinate inventory and supply operations across assigned departments to ensure timely access to essential products that support patient care and hospital operations; Manage specialized and non-stock inventory requests by overseeing ordering, tracking, replenishment, and returns to maintain accurate supply levels; Partner with nurses, leaders, and clinical teams to resolve inventory concerns and improve workflows; Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance to ensure consistent service and accurate inventory practices; Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to optimize product availability and ensure right supplies are delivered to the right place at the right time
