Multi-Location Convenience Store Opener

Overview Multi-Location Opener Pay: $18.00 per hour Locations: Princeton, Redgranite, Wautoma, Montello, Neshkoro, Poy Sippi, and Coloma We’re excited to share a brand new opportunity. This role involves opening Ultimart Convenience stores across different locations, traveling between store locations in your district, and arriving by 4:00 a.m when scheduled to get operations started. In this role, you’ll lead the opening of stores across locations, ensuring they are up and running smoothly and guest-ready first thing in the morning. Pay and Benefits Starting pay: $18.00 per hour Paid travel time from your home to your first store and back at the same hourly rate Mileage reimbursement for using your own vehicle Company vehicle provided after a period of time Steady schedule of around 35 hours per week What You’ll Do Open store locations and complete all opening duties with the location changing daily Greet every guest with a positive, friendly attitude Handle cash, credit, debit, and check transactions accurately Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked Use suggestive selling to boost sales and improve the customer experience Follow company policies and state and federal regulations for gas, alcohol, and tobacco sales Set a positive example during busy times and work well with your team Maintain a clean, polished appearance and wear the required uniform Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must have flexible availability and be able to arrive at store locations by 4:00 a.m. when scheduled Valid driver’s license Insured vehicle you can use to travel to assigned store locations Positive attendance record Ability to process daily paperwork, lottery counts, and proficiency in auditing store funds #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
