Front Desk

Overview A Front Desk Agent represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay. These clerks work directly with the public and are often the first impression that anyone has of the hotel. It is important that you be able to work well under pressure and maintain a consistently pleasant and professional personality when communicating with the public. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Provide information about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions. Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area and handle administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and remain professional in all situations. Basic computer and POS system proficiency; cash handling a plus.
