ER RN – 13‐Week Contract in Phillip, SD (Night Shift)
Weekly Pay: $2,500 | 36 hrs/week | 12‐hr Nights | Start ASAP

About the Assignment
We’re seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse for a 13‐week contract at a critical access facility in Phillip, South Dakota. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast‐paced environments and are confident managing high‐acuity patients with limited onsite resources.

Position Details

• Contract length — 13 weeks
• Shift schedule — 12‐hour night shifts
• Hours — 36 hours per week
• Start date — ASAP
• Compensation — $2,500 weekly (blended)
• Setting — Emergency Department, rural critical access hospital

Responsibilities

• Provide high‐quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Triage, assess, and stabilize patients in urgent and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Respond to trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and other critical situations

Requirements

• Active RN license (SD or compact)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS (TNCC preferred)
• Strong critical‐thinking and independent‐practice skills
• Ability to work in a rural, resource‐limited environment
