Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICUWe are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide high-level care in the NICU, PICU, and CVICU for pediatric patients. This role requires a dedicated professional with significant experience in pediatric care and the ability to manage respiratory therapies effectively.ResponsibilitiesAdminister respiratory care to patients in NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings.Perform assessments and monitor patient responses to respiratory treatments.Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Float to various NICU locations as needed, which may include Akron and Fairview.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.QualificationsActive RRT license in Ohio is required.Minimum of two years of experience in pediatric respiratory care is required.Current certifications: NBRC, BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS.Experience in high-level NICU settings is essential.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.Work ScheduleThis position offers flexible scheduling options, including 3x12 or 4x12 shifts.
