Position Summary Position Summary... What you'll do Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines—including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning and wrapping items, palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities. Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Company products and services. Compensation and Benefits The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances; premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage.
