Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech CVOR

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 shifts from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
• 90-120 hours of call required in a 6-week schedule
• Minimum 2 years experience required with Level 1 Trauma Center background
• Required certifications: BCLS and NBSTSA
• Must be able to receive lines from perfusion and prep them for cannulation
• Experience required in vascular and thoracic surgery cases
• Must have experience with complex procedures including: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Atherectomy, Atrial Septal defect repair, Cardiomyoplasty, Carotid Endarterectomy, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Endovascular procedures, Heart & Lung Transplant, Valve Replacement, and Aortic Dissection
• Travel experience required, first-time travelers accepted if they have Level 1 Trauma experience
• Must work with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Floating within hospital or to affiliate hospitals is required
• Must provide 2-3 days of interview availability when applying
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
