Position : Labor

Location: Harmony, MN (projects are within 1.5 hours from the shop in Harmony)

Salary : $16-$20 per hour based on experience

Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-5:30pm

All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test as part of the hiring process. Ongoing drug testing may be required per company policy.

Summary:

Labor and assist operators and foreman with completion of objectives and tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Chain Equipment

• Load/unload equipment

• Dig holes with a shovel

• Restore job site

• Rake dirt

• Seed disturbed areas

• Be a gopher for tools and material

• Spot for Operators

• Grease Equipment

• Set up safety devices (ie. cones, signs, barricades, etc.)

Requirements:

• An “I will attack this problem” mindset

• Must be able to pass a drug test

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be able to meet physical demands 

• English/Spanish (preferred) 

• Must be at least 16 years old
